spinsplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
